RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At VEXX, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return, exchange, or refund under the following terms and conditions.
Return Address
Returns and exchanges will be arranged directly through our shipping company. The exact return address will be provided once your request is approved.

Return & Exchange Period
Requests for return or exchange must be submitted within 7 days after the product inspection.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Orders paid via Cash on Delivery are refunded by bank transfer, Vodafone Cash, or InstaPay.
Return Policy
Products are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original packaging and condition.
- The item has not been worn, washed, or damaged.
- The return request is made within the allowed period.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange for a different size or item within 7 days after receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The requested item or size is available in stock.
- Shipping fees for exchanges may apply depending on the location.
Notes
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior approval.
- Products marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
